Beginning as a commuter service south of, and inbound to San Jose, the West San Francisco Bay Commuter Express Monorail service runs some 58 miles into the heart of Downtown San Francisco, linking San Jose and Silicon Valley communities and San Francisco International Airport monorail stations to strategically located stations in the City’s Financial and Market districts, as well as Giants Stadium.
The West San Francisco Bay Commuter Monorail begins at Silicon Valley Boulevard in the City of San Jose, continues north along the median of the US-101 Freeway to the I-80 Freeway before joining the East San Francisco Bay Commuter Monorail at the Second Street crossing of the Downtown San Francisco Financial District Monorail.
